Not satisfied? You have a 50-day trial period. Send your Poopy back Poopy , empty, and complete, and you won't pay a thing. If that's not entirely possible, we'll only charge you for the associated costs. The choice is yours.
How Returns Work
Five steps, no surprises.
Use the online return form—it only takes a few minutes. We cannot accept returns without prior notification.
We will review your application and notify you as soon as it has been approved.
Once approved, we'll send you a return label and shipping instructions.
Clean, empty, and complete in the original box with Styrofoam. Just label it and ship it, or drop it off in Gilze.
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it. After approval, we'll refund you via your original payment method within 14 days—and usually sooner.
How much is my return ticket?
Prepare your return: check the option that applies to you and see immediately what will be deducted from your refund. Is everything in good condition? Then you’ll receive a full refund.

With the Poopy Membership , youMembership a 101-day trial period instead of 50. As soon as your litter box has been inspected and approved, we’ll cancel your direct debit authorization immediately. We can’t accept returns of used bags of litter or filters; we’ll deduct the cost of those from your first payment.
Individual items such as litter, filters, or bags can only be returned if the seal is still completely intact.
Free promotional items can only be returned if they are unopened and fully sealed. For opened products, we will charge you the value listed on the product page.
The Poopy suitable for cats weighing 1 kg or more. Use with lighter kittens is at your own risk; any damage resulting from such use is not covered by the return policy.
We’ll let you know as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, we’ll automatically refund you via your original payment method within 14 days—and usually sooner.
Frequently asked questions
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll take care of it right away.
Is there also a statutory cooling-off period?
Yes, within the EU, you have a 14-day legal cooling-off period without having to provide a reason. Our 50-day trial period goes well beyond that. Read more on the Right of Withdrawal page.
Can I drop off my return in person?
Sure. Our office is located at Vloeiveld 5, 5126 RE Gilze. Feel free to stop by; just let us know you're coming first.
Do I need my receipt?
You'll need proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email. Your order number is sufficient.
