Right of Withdrawal in Brief
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but understandably, sometimes you may want to change your mind
. That's why we give you 50 days for reflection from the day after receiving your product. You do not have to give
a reason if you decide to revoke your purchase.
How do you indicate that you want to cancel?
Let us know by email or chat. You can use our model form for this, but that
is not necessary. Please make sure you report it before the 50-day period has expired, so that your cooling-off period
is valid.
What happens if you revoke?
You will be refunded all amounts paid, including standard shipping charges. We will do this within 30 days
using the same payment method. If we haven't received the product yet, we may wait to refund
until the return is received.
Did you receive free goodies in the process? Send those along too, because without those items we unfortunately cannot refund your
payment.
When should you return the product?
Return within 14 days of your withdrawal. If possible, use the original packaging. If you
use our shipping label, the risk during shipment remains with yourself. We recommend insuring or keeping a shipping receipt for valuable
products.
Considering hygiene products?
Sealed hygiene products, such as collection bags, filters or grit, can only be returned if the seal
is intact. This is in line with legal guidelines for hygiene goods.
Did you go through Klarna or other financing?
No worries, your financing contract is automatically terminated when you exercise your
right of withdrawal.
