We'd rather hear from you first if something isn't right. Send us an email at support@poopy.co and we’ll work it out together. That’s usually faster and more personal than a formal procedure.
If we are unable to resolve the issue together, you can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform:ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are not currently affiliated with any separate consumer dispute resolution board, nor do we intend to be. This does not affect your legal rights.
Applicable Law
Our agreement with you is governed by Dutch law. If you live in another EU country, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your own country will continue to apply, and you may also bring a dispute before the courts in your country of residence.
