Ordering & Payment
How do you place an order?
Step 1 Choose your desired products and the quantity you want to order. Click on "Add to basket." You will be redirected to the check-out page.
Step 2 Enter your information such as name, address and contact information.
Step 3 Choose a payment method and enter a discount code if you have one.
Step 4 Check the box next to "I agree to the terms and conditions and indicate that I have verified my order."
Step 5 Click "Proceed to Checkout" and complete your payment.
Step 6 Once the payment is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. We will process your order and keep you informed about delivery.
Payment methods
PayPal
Pay via a private PayPal account. The transaction is confirmed immediately and provides additional protection for the customer, especially for international orders.
PayPal Express
Accelerated payment method where customers can checkout directly from the shopping cart with their PayPal account without any additional steps.
iDEAL
The most widely used payment method in the Netherlands. Payment is made securely in your own banking environment and is confirmed immediately so that the order can be processed immediately.
Bancontact
The most popular payment method in Belgium. Payment is made through the customer's own banking environment and confirmed immediately.
Spraypay
Spread payment for Dutch customers. The purchase is paid in installments, after approval by SprayPay. Ideal for larger purchases.
Klarna
At Poopy , you can pay safely and easily via Klarna - Pay Later. When you choose Klarna, you have 30 days to pay, calculated from the time of order.
⚠️ Please note that the 30-day period starts on the order date, not when you receive your order.
Has your order still not been delivered within this period? In many cases, you can extend the payment date yourself via the Klarna app:
- Open the app and go to 'My orders'
- Select the appropriate order
- Select 'Extend payment deadline'
The availability of this option depends on the order. If the button is not visible, renewal is unfortunately not possible.
Sometimes you can also request an extension through Klarna's customer service.
Please note that the review and approval of this lies solely with Klarna and is not the responsibility or warranty of Poopy.
We recommend that as soon as it becomes clear that your order is delayed, you contact Klarna via the app or customer service in a timely manner. This way you avoid payment reminders or additional costs.
Credit Card
Supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Dankort and more. Payment is fast, secure and confirmed almost instantly.
Sofort
Commonly used in Germany and other European countries. Pay via your own banking environment. Payment is processed quickly and is suitable for international orders.
IN3 Spread Payments
Spread payments in three equal parts without interest. The first payment is made immediately and the remaining payments follow automatically. Only available for Dutch customers.
Pay by Bank
Pay by direct online bank transfer. The customer selects their own bank, logs in and confirms the payment securely in the banking environment.
Carte Bancaire
Commonly used payment method in France. Customers pay with their Cartes Bancaires card. Payment is processed quickly and securely.
Apple Pay
Apple Pay lets you pay quickly and securely from your iPhone, iPad or Mac. No need to enter any payment information. Just confirm with Face ID or Touch ID. Payment goes through your own bank and is completed instantly.
