At Poopy , we Poopy you and your cat to be happy with your purchase. Is something not quite as expected? Don't worry, our returns policy is clear and straightforward. Below you can read step by step how it works, whether you have purchased a single litter box or Membership a Membership .

Return policy (please read first)

  • Condition of the product:Return your product thoroughly cleaned, complete in its original box with Styrofoam and undamaged, including all accessories and manuals.
  • Dirty Return Fee:Because our technicians must be able to work safely and hygienically, the container must be sparkling clean. If the container is dirty or there is grit left behind, we charge a fixed cleaning fee of€75.
  • To be fair:To prevent abuse such as "trial hopping," the right to a 50-day trial period applies onlyonce per household.
  • Membership:Once the container has been checked and approved, we will immediately stop your direct debit authorization. We membership accept returns of opened bags of grit or used filters for membership , and these will be deducted from your first payment.
  • Hygiene products:Individual products such as grit, filters, or bags can only be returned if the seal is still completely intact.
  • Bundles:Would you like to keep extras from a bundle (such as a mat or drinking fountain)? In that case, we will deduct the separate retail price from your refund.
  • Safety:The Poopy only suitable for cats weighing1.5 kg or more. Use with lighter kittens is at your own risk and any damage caused by this is not covered by the return policy.

To process your return correctly, we ask that you follow the following steps:

1. Make sure all parts are present:

Check that the following items are included:

  • 1x Poopy Nano (the litter box)
  • 1x T-filter
  • 1x Leg Sweeper
  • 1x Adapter for the Poopy Nano
  • 1x interior floor Nano 2
  • 1x Quick Start Guide

If present with your order:

  • 1x Poopy Bags (1 roll may be used)
  • 1x Poopy Matt the litter box mat)
  • 1x Poopy Flow (drinking fountain) including all parts

Is something missing? If so, it may result in depreciation.

2. Clean Poopy thoroughly:

For smooth handling, it is important that Poopy looks like you received it:

  1. Take out all the cat litter
  2. Vacuum up any residue
  3. Clean everything with a damp cloth

3. Pack with care:

  • Use original packaging, including:
  1. Styrofoam
  2. Plastic protective covers
  3. Close the box tightly with transparent tape.

Refund

Once we have received and verified your Poopy , we will refund the purchase price via the same payment method. This will take up to 10 business days.
