Silicone or scratch-resistant: what's the difference?
The " Nano 2 " comes in two versions, each with its own drum. And each drum has its own inner floor.

The improved flooring with a top layer that is more resistant to scratches from cat claws. €14.99.
It's either silicone or scratch-resistant. The two bases are not interchangeable: the new model really does have a different drum. Always use the base that's designed for your drum.

When is the right time?
Do any of these points sound familiar? If so, your indoor floor needs to be replaced. With proper use, an indoor floor can last up to 12 months, but sometimes it needs to be replaced after just 6 months.
Here's how to make your indoor flooring last as long as possible
Make sure there's always a good layer of litter in the litter box. That way, your cat will scratch in the litter instead of directly on the floor inside the box, and the silicone will stay in good condition much longer.

Wipe the floor dry and clean.
Align the LEFT and RIGHT lines with the sides, with the MAX mark facing up. The instructions are also printed on the floor.

Frequently asked questions
Is the interior floor covered by the warranty?
Wear and tear from normal use is not covered by the warranty, just like with replacement brushes or belts. That’s why we offer the inner floor as a separate part: this way, you can replace it affordably whenever you want. Was your inner floor damaged upon delivery, or did it break through no fault of your own? Just contact us, and we’ll take care of it.
Can I use the silicone and scratch-resistant flooring together?
No. The old and new models have different drums, and each drum has its own base. So it’s either silicone or scratch-resistant: the bases don’t fit on each other’s drums. Not sure which drum you have? Email us at support@poopy.co with your order number.
How often should I replace the interior flooring?
When used properly, the inner liner lasts up to 12 months, but sometimes it needs to be replaced after just 6 months. When changing the liner, check it for scratches, tears, and lingering odors. Tip: Always keep a good layer of litter in the box; that way, your cat won’t scratch directly on the floor, and the liner will last the longest.
