You can pre-order the Poopy from us and pay with Klarna. However, sometimes our delivery time falls outside Klarna's 30-day payment period.
That means you have to pay, even though Poopy isn't in your home yet. Not convenient — and for that, our sincere apologies.
We want to give you three clear options on what you can do in such cases:
1. Pay via Klarna anyway: You pay before your Poopy arrives. Not ideal, but we promise: it's coming. Thousands of others have already done so and we deliver as promised. (Most popular)
2. Postpone payment (recommended)
Step 1: Extend your payment by 10 days via the Klarna app.
Open the Klarna app → go to your order → select "Postpone payment" → confirm. You can do this once for free.
Step 2: Need more time? After those 10 days, you can request an extension through Klarna customer service (often possible up to 60 days). Indicate that it's a pre-order with a longer delivery time. 📞 Klarna support: klarna.com/nl/klantenservice
3. Still want to cancel? That's also possible, of course. If you really only want to pay afterwards, after Poopy has arrived, you can cancel.
Please note: you will lose your pre-order price and promised delivery time.
Good to know: Your cat gets a 50-day trial period to test the Poopy. This period only starts once the Poopy is at your home. Not satisfied? Send it back and get your money back. No hassle.
