If something breaks, we'll fix it. Every Poopy a statutory warranty plus a 2-year manufacturer's warranty, and you can extend it to 3 years with Poopy Plus.
Here's how your warranty works
This always applies to everything you buy from us. Your product must perform as you would reasonably expect it to. Nothing and no one can change that.
In addition to the statutory warranty, we will resolve any manufacturing or material defects by repair or replacement. Consumables such as litter, filters, and bags are not covered.
Optional: €75 one-time fee, for all models. A total of 3 years of warranty—one year longer—with the same coverage as the manufacturer’s warranty. Select this option when placing your order, or add it up to 1 month after purchase.
How to File a Warranty Claim in 3 Steps
Please enter your order number and email address. That way, we'll know right away which model you have and whether your warranty is still valid.
Select your issue from the list. We often know the solution right away, so you won't need to send anything in.
Is it really a defect? If so, proceed to the warranty form, where your information has already been filled in. We'll process your claim within 4 to 5 business days.
3-year warranty, one more year of peace of mind
€75 one-time fee, for all models. Select "Guarantee Plus" as an add-on during checkout. Forgot to add it? You can still add it up to 1 month after purchase.
Frequently asked questions
What is not covered by the warranty?
Consumables such as litter, filters, and waste bags, as well as damage caused by improper use. Not sure? Just send us a message—we’re happy to help.
Do I need to keep my receipt?
Your order confirmation via email is sufficient as proof of purchase. Your order number is all you need to claim your warranty.
Does the warranty also cover individual parts?
Yes, the legal warranty applies to everything you buy from us, including individual parts such as a drum or base.
My Poopy just Poopy and it's not working. What should I do?
That's a bummer! Please contact us right away, and we'll resolve this as a priority. You're still within your 50-day trial period, so you're under no obligation. See also Returns.
