What happens when I'm not home?

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the package may be delivered to a neighbor or taken to a pickup location. The delivery person will leave a note with instructions on where to pick up your package.

My tracking information isn't updating. What should I do?

During busy periods, such as around the holidays, the track & trace code may temporarily stop updating even though your package is still in transit. If you haven't received an update for a long time, please contact us via chat or email us at support@poopy.co, and we’ll look into it for you.

Why is a carrier other than DHL making the delivery?

We ship orders to Belgium via Bpost; within the Netherlands, Germany, and France, we usually use DHL. You will always receive a tracking code via email, regardless of the carrier.

Will my order arrive in time for the holidays?

During the holidays, shipping carriers are very busy, which means orders may take longer to arrive. Would you like to receive your order by a specific date? Be sure to place it in time.
