Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Pay immediately through Klarna, or in 6 or 12 installments: you rent your Poopy buy it for €1 at the end of the rental period. You can easily select this option at checkout.
What if my cat doesn't get used to it?
Most cats settle in within a few days. You’ll receive our acclimation guide and a 50-day trial, so there’s no risk to you.
How do I Poopy my Poopy ?
Watch the video on emptying and cleaning above. In short: replace the waste bag, and wipe down the drum and inner floor with a cloth.
How do I connect the Poopy the app?
Download the Poopy, create an account, and follow the steps in the video titled "Pairing with the App."
Can I still change my order?
