How to order in 3 steps
From your shopping cart to your front door, hassle-free.
Add your Poopy, litter, or accessories to the shopping cart. Would you like to pay in installments? You can select that option right on the product page.
Enter your information, enter your discount code if you have one, and choose your payment method: iDEAL, Klarna, credit card, or PayPal. The payment is processed securely through your own bank.
You'll receive an immediate confirmation via email, followed by updates until your order arrives at your doorstep.

At Poopy, you can pay in installments, which we handle for you. Simply select the number of installments on the product page.
Payment by direct debit. You will receive your agreement immediately by email, and the 50-day trial period applies even with installment payments.

How does paying in installments work?
On the product page, you can choose 2, 3, 6 or 12 monthly installments. The payments will be automatically deducted, and you’ll receive your agreement immediately by email. You can always make early payments at no cost. Please also read the terms and conditions for installment payments.
Who owns the Poopy the installment payment period?
If you choose 2 or 3 installments, the Poopy is fully yours after your final payment. If you choose 6 or 12 installments, you can decide at the end whether to buy it for €1 or return it. During the term, the Poopy remains ours.
Can I still change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible via chat or email us at support@poopy.nl As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'd be happy to make changes.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you'll receive an order confirmation by email immediately after your payment. Didn't receive it? Check your spam folder or contact us.
