How does the Essentials work?
You’ll automatically receive a new shipment of cat litter (Fusion Mineral) plus 20 waste bags, at a frequency that matches the number of cats you have. You pay a fixed price per shipment (€39.96 for Fusion, €29.95 for Mineral), with a 20% discount and free shipping on every order. No minimum contract term.
How often are deliveries made?
You can choose that yourself, from every 2 to every 14 weeks. We recommend a schedule based on your cats and the litter you’ve chosen (Mineral slightly more often because it comes in 4 bags, while Fusion ), but you can always adjust it.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, whenever you want. You can skip or postpone a delivery, adjust the schedule, or cancel the service entirely—all in just a few taps. There’s no fixed term.
What if I have too much or too little grit?
Simply postpone your next delivery if you still have enough, or move it up if you're running low on your supply sooner than expected. That way, you'll always have exactly the right amount on hand.
When and how do I pay?
You pay per delivery, only when grit is shipped to you, not on a monthly basis in between deliveries. You can pay with iDEAL, Klarna, Bancontact, PayPal, or credit card.
Can I switch between Fusion Mineral?
Yes. In addition to Fusion tofu, plant-based), there’s also a Mineral Essentials(100% bentonite). You can switch flavors later; your preference determines which grit we send.
Do I really always get a 20% discount?
Yes. As long as your subscription is active, you’ll pay the fixed price per delivery (€39.96 Fusion €29.95 for Mineral) with a 20% discount on the grit and free shipping on every order. The discount does not expire after the first delivery.
