Shipping and Delivery
We ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands to customers throughout the European Union. Below you'll find our shipping rates, delivery times, and answers to frequently asked questions.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
You pay a single flat shipping rate for the entire European Union, regardless of your order total. Delivery times vary by region.

The price includes VAT. Delivery times are estimates based on the date of shipment and apply to business days.
When We Ship
Orders received before 2:00 p.m. on a business day will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 2:00 p.m., on weekends, or on holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Our carriers
We work with the carrier that delivers to you most reliably:
- PostNL for the Netherlands and Belgium
- DHL for Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, and France
- DPD for the rest of the European Union
As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking link via email.
VAT and Customs
We ship all our orders from the Netherlands. VAT is calculated at the rate applicable in your country of delivery and is already included in the price you see at checkout. There are no additional import duties for deliveries within the EU.
Change Delivery Address
Would you like to change the shipping address after your order has been placed? Please email us as soon as possiblepoopy. We can usually still change it before the order is handed over to the carrier. Once the package has been shipped, we can no longer change the destination.
If your order doesn't arrive
Does the tracking information show that your package has been delivered, but you haven't received it? If so, please wait 24 hours first. Often, a neighbor has accepted the package, or it's at a pickup location. If it's still missing after 24 hours, please email us atpoopyand we'll launch an investigation with the carrier.
Does the tracking information show that your package is still in transit even though the delivery time listed above has passed? Please contact us and we'll check with the carrier for you.
If your order is returned to us
If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or because it was not picked up, we will contact you to reship it. You will be charged the rate listed in the table above for the reshipment. If you would prefer a refund, we will refund the value of the products. In that case, we will not refund the original shipping costs.
Damage or an Incomplete Delivery
Did your order arrive damaged, or is something missing? Please email uspoopywithin 48 hours of receipt, including a photo of the package and the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Return
You can find out how returns work and how our 50-day trial period works atpoopy.co/pages/retourneren. For orders within the EU, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless we have agreed otherwise.
Delivery Time
Under EU consumer law (Article 18 of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 7:19a of the Civil Code), we will deliver your order within 30 days of placing it, unless we have agreed otherwise. If we do not meet this deadline, you can ask us to deliver within a new reasonable timeframe. If that is not possible either, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
