You can pre-order the Poopy with us and pay with Klarna. However, sometimes our delivery time falls outside the 30-day payment period with Klarna.
That means: you have to pay, while your Poopy is not in the house by then. Not convenient - and for that our sincere apologies.
We want to give you three clear options for what you can do in such cases:
1. Still pay via Klarna You then pay before your Poopy arrives. Not ideal, but we promise: it's coming. Thousands of others have gone before you and we deliver as promised (Most Popular).
2. Postpone payment (recommended)
Step 1: Extend your payment by 10 days via the Klarna app
Open the Klarna app → go to your order → choose "Postpone payment" → confirm. You can do this once for free.
Step 2: Need more time? After those 10 days, you can request an additional extension via Klarna customer service (often up to 60 days). Indicate that it concerns a pre-order with a longer delivery time. 📞 Klarna support: klarna.com/nl/klantenservice
3. Cancel anyway? Of course you can. If you really only want to pay after your Poopy arrives, you can cancel.
Note: you will lose your pre-order price and promised delivery time.
Good to know: Your cat will soon be allowed 50 days of trial pooping. That period only starts once the Poopy is in your home. Not satisfied? Then send it back and get your money back. No hassle.
