You have the right to cancel your purchase within 50 days of receipt without giving a reason.
2Howto Notify Us of Your Cancellation
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit your return request using the online return form on ourreturns page. You can also emailpoopyor use themodel withdrawal form.
3Returning theproduct
After canceling your order, you have 14 days to return the product to us. Once we’ve approved your return request, we’ll send you a return label with shipping instructions. Please return the product clean, empty, and complete; ourreturn policyexplains what charges we’ll apply if you’re unable to do so.
4Refund
We will refund all payments received within 14 days after you have notified us of your cancellation, using your original payment method. Any additional services that were fully provided at the time of purchase, such as shipping insurance, will not be refunded.
We may wait to issue a refund until we have received the product or until you have provided proof that you have shipped it.
5 Sealedhygiene products
Sealed hygiene products, such as waste bags, filters, and cat litter, can only be returned if the seal is intact.
