The Poopy Nano 2 is suitable for cats of all ages and sizes, from kittens to adult cats. Thanks to its sensitive weight sensors, it detects cats from 1 kilogram. Do you have a Maine Coon or another large breed of cat? Whether the Poopy Nano 2 is suitable depends on the individual cat. While most cats use the Poopy Nano 2 comfortably, it might feel a little cramped for larger cats. It's important that your cat feels comfortable in the space the Poopy offers. You'll have to experience this yourself.

Yes! We offer a 50-day risk-free trial period, so you and your cat can try out the Poopy Nano 2 first. Not satisfied? No problem! You can easily return the Poopy. Please make sure you keep the original packaging and return the box clean with all parts and accessories. We will ensure you get your money back within 14 days.

You can easily do this via: Contact & Help -> Returns Follow the steps and clean your Poopy for flawless processing of your Poopy.

To do this, please contact customer service and provide your order number. You will receive a confirmation email after cancellation.

You can pre-order the Poopy from us and pay with Klarna. However, sometimes our delivery time falls outside Klarna's 30-day payment period. That means you have to pay, even though Poopy isn't in your home yet. Not convenient — and for that, our sincere apologies. We want to give you three clear options on what you can do in such cases: 1. Pay via Klarna anyway: You pay before your Poopy arrives. Not ideal, but we promise: it's coming. Thousands of others have already done so and we deliver as promised. (Most popular) 2. Postpone payment (recommended) Step 1: Extend your payment by 10 days via the Klarna app. Open the Klarna app → go to your order → select "Postpone payment" → confirm. You can do this once for free. We'll be launching our own grit – Poopy Grit – around mid-September. It will be 80% tofu and 20% cassava. Until then, we recommend coarse bentonite for optimal Poopy performance.

Due to the overwhelming demand for Poopy's work, we offer two options: pre-order and immediate delivery. Pre-order: 239 euros (Delivery time 4-6 weeks, depending on the current batch) You place an order that acts as a reservation: you are guaranteed your Poopy and we are guaranteed the sale. We receive the money earlier; in return, we reward you with a substantial discount. This gives us the opportunity to continue our business and grow faster. Express delivery: 299 euros (Delivery time 1-2 business days) For those who don't want to wait: delivery within 1-2 business days. We only have a limited supply of this each time; that's why the price is higher. This seems like a fair deal to us: you get your Poopy right away and don't have to wait. Why we do it this way: We are a young company and every euro counts in order to deliver the best product and service. We are seeing an extreme amount of support from our customers, so we will continue doing it this way for the time being. We do not want to attract external investment from investors who are not aligned with our mission and vision. In short: choose pre-order (239 euros) if you want the discount and don't mind waiting.
