Refund Policy

We have a 50-day return policy, which means you have 50 days after receiving your item to submit a return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, including all accessories, and in its original packaging. It is important that you treat items that are not yet yours properly. Not sure yet if you want to keep the Poopy ? Make sure that the Poopy remains scratch & damage free. Return Poopy completely cleaned. Otherwise you run the risk of your return being refused. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and resolve the problem.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Regardless of the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, in complete new condition, with all accessories and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and book the refund.
