What carrier do we ship with?

We ship our packages primarily with DHL. Depending on the size and weight of your order, we may choose a different carrier. This happens automatically and you will always receive an update about this by e-mail.

What is the delivery time?

Order on a business day? Then your order. will be delivered within 1-2 business days. During busy periods, such as during the holidays, there may be delays with the delivery service.

Delay during holidays

Due to the busyness of the carriers, orders may take longer to arrive than usual. Also, the track & trace code may temporarily not update. We recommend placing your order on time if you want it delivered before a specific date.

How do I know where my order is?

Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. This allows you to track the status of your package.

What happens when I'm not home?

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the package may be delivered to your neighbors or taken to a pickup point. The delivery person will leave a message with instructions on where you can pick up your package.

What are the shipping costs?

For orders under €50.00, shipping costs are €6.95. For orders over €50.00, shipping is free.
