You have over three months to test everything—the litter box, the litter, and how easy it is to use. Not satisfied? Keep the box, clean it out, and send it back.
If something breaks, we'll send you a replacement first, and then you can send the old one back. That way, you'll never be without a litter box.

What about payment?
You pay a fixed amount every 4 weeks. That’s 13 payments per year (not 12). The price depends on the number of cats. Your litter deliveries follow their own schedule, separate from the payment schedule.
How long does it last, and what happens when the term ends?

Can I stop before the end of the term?
You can cancel at no cost within the first 101 days: simply return everything in good condition and your membership . After the initial 24-month term, you can cancel at any time.
What type of litter will I receive, and can I switch it out?
You can choose between Fusion litter (tofu, plant-based) or Mineral litter (bentonite clay). Both are premium, clumping, and low-dust. You can switch to a different type of litter later.
Does it work with multiple cats?
A Poopy suitable for up to 3 cats. The more cats you have, the more frequently we’ll deliver, so you’ll never run out of litter. Please note: Poopy safe Poopy for cats weighing 1.5 kg or more.
When will it be delivered?
Your Poopy in stock and will be delivered to your home within 1 to 2 business days, along with your first shipment of litter and accessories.
What if something breaks?
You're covered for the entire term. We'll send you a replacement unit first, and then you can return the old one. That way, you'll never be without a litter box.
