Warranty conditions

You receive a standard 2-year warranty on the Poopy. The warranty covers the functioning of the Poopy.

Apply for 2 years additional warranty

We offer the option to purchase an additional 1-year warranty, giving you a total of 3 years of warranty coverage.

When purchasing, you can choose the option to take out an additional 1-year warranty. It is also possible to request this warranty within 1 month of purchase by sending an email topoopy.
