Can I pay in installments?

Yes. You can pay for your Poopy in 1 to 4 installments, with no credit check, starting at €66.50 per month for the Nova Pro. You can easily select this option at checkout.

What if my cat doesn't get used to it?

Most cats settle in within a few days. You’ll receive our acclimation guide and a 50-day trial, so there’s no risk to you.

How do I Poopy my Poopy ?

Watch the video on emptying and cleaning above. In short: replace the waste bag, and wipe down the drum and inner floor with a cloth.

How do I connect the Poopy the app?

Download the Poopy, create an account, and follow the steps in the video titled "Connecting to the app."

Can I still change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email; as long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll be happy to make adjustments.
