Delivery & Shipping
Which carrier do we ship with?
We primarily ship our packages with PostNL. Depending on the size and weight of your order, we may choose a different carrier. This happens automatically, and you will always receive an email update.
What is the delivery time?
If you order on a weekday before 3 PM, your order will usually be delivered the next day. During busy periods, such as holidays, there may be delays with the delivery service.
Delays during holidays
Due to the high volume of orders, deliveries may take longer than usual. Tracking information may also be temporarily unavailable. We recommend placing your order in advance if you need it by a specific date.
How do I know where my order is?
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking code. This allows you to track the status of your package.
What happens if I'm not home?
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the package can be delivered to your neighbours or taken to a collection point. The delivery person will leave a message with instructions on where you can collect your package.
What are the shipping costs?
For orders under €50.00, the shipping costs are €5.95. For orders of €50.00 or more, shipping is free.
