Poopy Guarantee

All items you buy from us are covered by the legal warranty. This means that a product must do what the consumer can reasonably expect of it. Some products are additionally covered by a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not affect the legal warranty.

In addition to the legal warranty, we offer an optional 3-year extended warranty at an additional cost. This extended warranty provides additional security and support beyond the legal warranty period. The coverage and conditions of the extended warranty are the same as those of the manufacturer's warranty.
