Dear cat lover,
We're sorry to hear you want to return your Poopy. We'll gladly assist you. To ensure a smooth process, please review the following conditions:
- Return period: you can register your return within 50 days of receipt, with proof of purchase.
- Cost: We will cover the return shipping costs!
- Condition: the product must be returned complete, clean and in its original condition. If the Poopy is returned uncleaned, €35 cleaning costs may be deducted from your refund.
- Packaging: Use the original box, including the styrofoam and protective film. Seal the box securely with transparent tape. If you no longer have the box, you can purchase one via this link:
By making your purchase, you agree to this return policy. Fealy BV reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or the return request being refused.
Return instructions
To process your return correctly, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure all parts are present:
Please check that the following items are included:
- 1x Poopy Nano 2 (the litter box)
- 1x T-filter
- 1x Foot scraper
- 1x Poopy Nano 2 Adapter
- 1x Indoor Floor Nano 2
- 1x Quick Start Guide
If included with your order:
- 1x Poopy Bags (1 roll may be used)
- 1x Poopy Matt (the litter box mat)
- 1x Poopy Flow 2 (drinking fountain) including all parts
Is anything missing? If so, this could lead to a decrease in value.
2. Clean Poopy thoroughly:
For a smooth handling of the return, it is important that Poopy looks the same as when you received him:
- Remove all the cat litter.
- Vacuum up any remaining crumbs.
- Clean everything with a damp cloth.
3. Pack with care:
- Use the original packaging, including:
- Styrofoam
- Plastic protective covers
- Seal the box securely with transparent tape .
Refund
Once we have received and checked your Poopy, we will refund the purchase amount via the same payment method. This will take a maximum of 10 working days.
