Withdrawal in short
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but sometimes you may change your mind. That’s why we offer a 50 day cooling off period from the day after you receive your product. You don’t have to give a reason to withdraw.
⚖️ Note: EU law guarantees 14 days. We extend this to 50 days as a voluntary extra benefit.
How do you notify us?
Let us know by email, chat, or phone. You can use our model form, but you don’t have to. Be sure to notify us before the 50 day period expires.
What happens if you withdraw?
You will receive a full refund, including standard outbound shipping costs.
We refund within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal (we may wait until we’ve received the goods).
Freebies must be returned as well.
When do you send the product back?
Return within 14 days after you notify us. Use the original packaging if possible. Keep proof of shipment; consider insured shipping for valuable goods.
Hygiene products
Sealed hygiene products (bags, filters, litter) can only be returned if the seal is intact.
Financing (e.g., Klarna)
If you withdraw, any associated financing contract will be terminated accordingly.
