You have the right to cancel your purchase within 50 days of receipt without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at poopy or use the model withdrawal form.

After canceling your order, you have 14 days to return the product to us.

Once we have received the returned item, we will refund all payments received. Any additional services that were fully provided at the time of purchase, such as shipping insurance, will not be refunded.

We may wait to issue a refund until we have received the product or until you have provided proof that you have shipped it.

Sealed hygiene products, such as waste bags, filters, and cat litter, can only be returned if the seal is intact.
