You can choose to return the Poopy cleaned, emptied, and complete, at no extra cost. If that’s not possible, or if you’d like to keep certain accessories? No problem. We’ll take care of that for you and only charge you for the associated costs. That way, you always know exactly where you stand.
50-day trial period
From the day Poopy your Poopy , you have 50 days to really give him a try. This gives your cat plenty of time to get used to his new home, and you can experience the convenience of never having to scoop litter again.
Don't like it after all? Just send it back and you'll get a full refund—no hassle. The trial period starts automatically on the day of delivery. You don't need to sign up for anything.
Free return shipping
Returns at Poopy always free—you never pay shipping costs to send items back. Register your return through the portal and you’ll receive a return label.
Would you like to return your Poopy for free without any loss of value? Poopy return Poopy clean, empty, and complete in the original box, including all accessories and manuals.
Refund within 10 business days
As soon as we Poopy and inspect your Poopy , we will refund the purchase amount via the same payment method you used to pay.
Any applicable discounts will be applied at this time. The refund will be credited to your account within 10 business days.
Once per household
The 50-day trial period is available only once per household. We do this to prevent abuse such as "trial-hopping" — so that we can continue to offer this generous offer to everyone.
